The PAIN workshop is here! This is where you can take back your power, gain invaluable information and knowledge to help manage your pain. Suffering from systemic pain is indescribable, my pain journey and everything I learnt comes from real-life experiences. As a dancer, martial arts expert, master trainer, yoga teacher I was used to pain and injuries. But nothing prepared me for being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and chronic illness, there were times I would wake up with such extreme pain I didn't know how I would continue. I turned it around with self-care, wellness, diet, herbs, complementary therapies & finding great supporting people. This course will teach you DIY at home ancient & modern practices that will get you back on track. I can't wait to share this journey with you.

Whether its body pain, chronic pain or local pain, it can wear you down, make you feel irritable, overwhelmed and anxious. This healing meditation has been recorded using remote healing energy to help repair, relax and quieten the nervous system so that your bodies natural healing abilities can switch into gear. 

Using meditation techniques, along with my energetic and intuitive healing abilities, I adjust my tone and pace to speak directly to your unconscious mind promoting calm, peace and healing. Stress can be one of the worst things for pain, let me help you slow down and find relief & healing.
